Damages and Issues

We take quality seriously and want you to love your artwork. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it at no cost to you. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take a photo, refuse the delivery, and inform us right away at info@canvasdirect.com.au, and we will arrange a replacement.

Misrepresentation or Dissatisfaction

Each print is made to order, so we do not offer refunds. However, if your print significantly differs and has manufactring defect  or damage, please reach out to us at info@canvasdirect.com.au. We will review your concern and provide a reprint if necessary. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and monitor settings.

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify it. all our art is made to order and can't be refunded. However, if you need to update your email or shipping address before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
